Complete both sides of a Student Application Form for each student you are planning to enroll. Applications can be downloaded from our website and can be filled out either electronically or by hand.
 
There is a $15 non-refundable application fee for the first student, $10 for the second student, and $5 for the third student, not to exceed a maximum of $30 per family.
 
Submit completed application(s) with application fee(s) by mail to Cornerstone Tutorial Center, 948 S. 91st East Ave., Tulsa, OK 74133 or email to [email protected].
 
When submitting applications via fax or email, a check or money order for the application fees noting the student’s first and last name should be mailed to the address listed above and must be received prior to the family interview.

NOTE: All applications are subject to approval by the CTC board of directors.
Once your application has been received, a member of our administrative team will contact you to schedule a family interview.  The purpose of this meeting is to make certain that all of your questions about Cornerstone have been answered and to ensure that you have the information necessary to continue the enrollment process and register for classes. At least one parent and the potential student(s) must attend the interview.

» NOTE: Returning families do not need to interview unless requested by the office.
Parents and students are required to attend an informational Open House event prior to registering for classes. Open House gives you a chance meet our staff, see the classrooms, and pick-up the necessary registration forms.

To assist you in selecting the right classes for your student, tutors will be available throughout the event to answer questions about curriculum, workload expectations, course objectives and more.
 
Open House is held twice each summer in June and August.  Specific dates or changes to this schedule will be announced via the website, on Facebook, and e-mail.

NOTE: Attendance at an Open House event is required prior to registering for classes.
Once Steps 1 through 3 have been completed, you are eligible to register your student(s) for classes.

Each family receives a registration form at Open House that must be completely filled out for each student (in pencil) prior to the day of registration. Please make your class selections carefully in order to avoid unnecessary class change and/or drop fees.
 
Registration is on a first come, first served and takes place twice each summer in June and August. Specific dates or changes to this schedule will be announced via the website, on Facebook, and e-mail.
 
All fees are due at the time of registration as outlined in the Tuition and Fees section of our website.
